【緬甸政變】軍車入城、封網 市內傳槍聲 多國促軍方克制

緬甸連續第十日出現大規模示威,反對軍方政變。社交媒體流傳,緬甸多個大城市街頭發現裝甲車,並出現互聯網封鎖的情況,網上流傳片段顯示,市內傳出槍聲。聯合國發聲明對局勢深表關注,呼籲緬甸軍方和警察尊重和平集會的權利,確保示威者不會受到報復對待;又重申不得破壞民眾言論自由,包括獲得信息的權利。
昨日(2 月 14 日),緬甸地最大城巿仰光有大批學生、公務員及工廠工人上街,要求釋放國務資政昂山素姬。首都內比都、第二大城市曼德勒和少數民族主導偏遠地區亦舉行大規模的示威遊行聲援。
同日,社交媒體的相片和影片顯示載有載有士兵的裝甲車在仰光街頭活動,入夜後裝甲車亦駛入第二大城市曼德勒。網上流傳片段指,克欽邦首府密支那的裝甲車更向平民開槍。法新社引述當地記者指出,市內傳出槍聲,未知是實彈或是橡膠子彈。另外,市內多處起火,網傳軍政府釋放囚犯縱火。

網上另流傳一份運輸和通信部向移動電話服務供應商發出的指令,要求周一凌晨1點至早上9點關閉互聯網連接。有用戶亦表示,上述時段寬頻及手機服務受阻。新加坡亞洲新聞台(Channel News Asia)曾駐緬甸的記者亦在 Twitter 表示,近日收到大量來自緬甸的訊息,但周一凌晨1點後手機突然靜下來。

聯合國深表關注 12國大使譴責封網
因應緬甸局勢最新變化,聯合國秘書長深表關切。聲明指,緬甸軍方使用武力越來越多,並於多個主要城市部署裝甲車。他呼籲軍方與警察尊重和平集會的權利,確保示威者不會受到報復對待,並強調「持續的暴力,恐嚇和騷擾是不可接受的」。他又指,不斷逮捕政治領導人、政府官員、民間社運人士和媒體代表,乃至對互聯網和通訊服務的限制,種種情況都都令人深感關切,並重申「不得破壞民眾言論自由,包括獲得信息的權利」。
歐盟、英國、美國、加拿大等12國駐緬甸大使發表聯合聲明,呼籲軍方隊不得針對示威者和平民施加暴力。他們譴責逮捕政治領袖和社運人士,以及對傳媒工作者的騷擾;並批評軍方干預通訊的行為,形容做法「限制緬甸人民的基本權利和法律保障」。
